T&Cs
- The promotion runs from 1 June 2024 up to 30 May 2025.
- The promotion is open to all dealers of Alpha Technologies with accounts in good standing.
- Biamp Miles corresponding to the Miles on the Alpha Technologies price list will be added at invoicing stage to a running total per company.
- Products that are returned for whatever reason will have the Miles deducted from the total.
- If the account is in arrears, Alpha technologies, at it is own discretion, might deduct the Biamp miles for transactions in this period .
- Alpha Technologies have the authority to award and deduct miles for certain promotions that might be added during this period.
- Once the 10 000 mile mark is reached and maintained until the end of the promotion, the partner will qualify for the trip.
- Any credit note related to Biamp equipment that might be returned from 1st of June till end of September 2025 that were purchased in the promotion period will be deducted from the mile target and customers might lose the award trip due to that .
- The award trip includes:
- 2 x Economy return airfares (The dates and times will be negotiated with Biamp and Alpha Technologies) and the trip will be planned according to the amount of tickets, to be finalized between Alpha Technologies and Biamp. (1 x Pre-sales/Technical Specifier and 1 x Sales Person – to be approved by Alpha Technologies)
- 5 x nights’ accommodation in Portland USA.
- Transport costs to and from the airport and hotel.
- Daily meals.
- It is the responsibility of the winner/s to have the correct documentation, ability and travel documents for the visa.
- The winner should apply for the visa. Alpha Technologies and Biamp will provide the relevant documentation to accompany the visa application.
- If the winner can’t obtain American visa the full trip will be forfeited.
- Visa cost and/or any other costs/documentation are the responsibility of the winner.
